Printing

Instruction

1). Print the image -- laser printing/screen printing

2). Leave the ink dry by nature or with drier

3). Spray varnish* on the print image evenly * regular transparent auto spray paint sold in local paint shop is ok

4). Leave the varnish dry by nature or with dryer

5). Cut it along the periphery by 1 mm from the pattern

6). Soak it in water for about 30 ~ 60 seconds till the image can be easily removable on the base paper

7). While separating the image from the base paper, attach the image to the product surface

8). Wipe off the bubble and water in the image (normally use a rubber scraper and pls remind us to send one together with the paper). Leave it dry in ventilated area or with dryer

9). Bake it in oven (Baking time and temperature could vary with different product)
